The thermal survival poncho is a key piece of equipment for any survival set. Its versatility makes it ideal for hiking, outdoor, rescue and uniformed services. The main task of the poncho is to protect the body from rapid heat loss and protect it from adverse weather conditions such as wind and rain.
Aluminium layer, waterproof foil
Made of waterproof and durable polyurethane, which effectively reflects heat to prevent the body from cooling down. The silver-coloured inner layer has been coated with a thin layer of aluminium to further enhance its heat-insulating properties. The reflective colour makes it easier to locate an injured person in the field.
Large hood, armholes
When laid flat, the poncho measures 148 x 100 cm. The armholes and large hood provide comfort and protection from adverse weather conditions. When folded it takes up very little space, making it easy to store in a rucksack or jacket pocket.

The kit includes a drawstring carry bag, for easy storage and transportation, and an emergency whistle, for added safety in emergency situations.
