ATEX-certified torch for Zone 0 – designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. It is suitable for use in conditions where there is an explosive atmosphere containing a mixture of air and flammable substances in the form of gases, vapours, or mists. The torch is recommended for rescue, mining, and industrial applications, as well as for exploring rooms and caves with potentially hazardous atmospheres.
The torch is equipped with a 133 lumen LED diode with a range of up to 231 metres. The device has two work modes.
Work modes – brightness / lighting time / range:
- High - 133 lumens / 360 minutes / 231 metres
- Low - 32 lumens / 4150 minutes / 110 metres
The torch casing is made of plastic. The torch complies with the IP67 standard, which ensures complete resistance to dust ingress and resistance to immersion in water to a depth of 1 m for up to 30 minutes.
The device is powered by four Energizer Extreme R6 rechargeable batteries. A convenient clip on the casing allows the torch to be attached to a belt or the edge of a pocket. The Dual Power System technology allows the torch to be powered by four AA batteries as an alternative when the main battery is discharged.
