I have a concern about the torch’s design. The factory-installed battery has a diameter noticeably smaller than the inner diameter of the casing, which looks rather unusual — perhaps the device was also designed to accommodate larger cells. If that is not the case, however, the torch could have a slimmer form in the red section. Inside, there is quite a lot of free space between the casing and the battery, and the lack of any securing mechanism means that the battery is not properly held in place.

The torch with efficient LED diodes generates a light output of up to 3000 lumens, a range of up to 215 metres, and a flashing red light. The body meets the IPX4 water resistance standard and is made of durable aluminium. It also features a steel clip and a magnet located at the rear of the housing. The set includes a rechargeable battery.
Durable construction, IPX4 standard
The torch body is made of lightweight and durable aluminium. The sealed housing provides IPX4 water resistance - protection against splashes and light rain from any direction. Convenient carrying is enabled by a spring clip, which allows the torch to be attached to the edge of a pocket or a belt, as well as a strong magnet in the rear part of the body of the torch. The solid construction translates into resistance to drops from heights of up to 1 m.

Rechargeable battery power
The Omega model operates on the included 20650 Li-Ion rechargeable battery with a capacity of 2600 mAh. Charging is done using the included USB-C cable. The built-in USB port allows for a full charge in just 3 hours without the need to remove the battery.

A big advantage is the very solid, durable body. Due to its considerable weight, the torch is not the best choice for everyday EDC. The highest mode is activated by pressing the button twice quickly. Another downside is the lack of memory for the last-used mode, because the device always starts on High, which is 1800 lumens. Overall, it’s a useful model, but more for static use or for keeping in the car. It has a magnetic tail cap, and the battery performs quite well. Overall, I can recommend it, although for me it turned out to be too heavy. For everyday carry, I’ll stick with the Fenix E12 V3.0.

A handy and comfortable torch with multiple lighting modes. The red emergency light stands out as an interesting addition. I tested it during fog and drizzle at night – it worked excellently. Even the weaker mode provides intense light, which is sufficient in most situations. The battery has a long lifespan, although it discharges faster at maximum power. It's not a typical searchlight, but rather broadly illuminates the area, without an option to adjust the beam focus.

The torch appears to be durable, its power fully satisfies me (it works great during night walks with the dog in the forest), and the way of changing modes is well thought out. Besides, I find the appearance of the torch attractive.
