Velcro panel that allows you to embed Velcro patches on your equipment in the MOLLE/PALS system. Allows for marking with ID or so-called Morale Patches, equipment devoid of factory velcro panels. A stiffened base with fasteners ensures proper adhesion of the patch. Dimensions of the panel are 160 x 85 mm.
