Horizontal container designed for storing and transporting a personal medical set, IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit). It is made from tear and abrasion-resistant waterproofed 500D Cordura. The closure is a bi-directional waterproof YKK AquaGuard zipper.

Inside, there is a removable MIL-SPEC organizer, which provides quick and convenient access to contents. Elastic straps allow for appropriate arrangement of elements. The container is compatible with the MOLLE/PALS mounting system, allowing it to be attached to a tactical belt, vest, backpack, or other equipment.

Velcro panel allows for the placement of any emblems, such as a flag, emblem, or so-called Morale Patches. The medical cross pattern on the panel has a slide-out element that allows changing the colour to red or black.

MultiCam camouflage

MultiCam is a contemporary camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision, in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs), as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its aim was to create a universal camouflage pattern effective in various terrains and changing conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors that create fluid transitions between greens, browns, and tans. This allows it to dynamically adapt to the environment, taking on shades of green in forested areas or browns and tans in desert settings - in Central and Eastern Europe, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained global recognition and is used by many military forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the pattern for soldiers in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). It is also available to civilians, making it a popular choice among military enthusiasts and airsoft players.

The IFAK works very well, but after putting in an Israeli bandage there is little space left for additional items. It is worth removing the small hook-and-loop fastener inside the sleeve, which prevents it from being slid out sideways – in my opinion, it is unnecessary, because retention still keeps the kit in place, and it's very difficult to remove with the fastener attached.

After arranging the contents properly, I managed to fit: a 4" Israeli dressing, two vented dressings, kaolin gauze, a small self-adhesive bandage, and a few small items. The molle mounting system works very well; removing the pouch is easy both from the left and the right side – the well-thought-out handles on both sides are very helpful. Two straps inside allow for quick opening of the zip. I recommend it!

A very good, durable, and spacious first aid kit. I was able to fit everything I wanted to have with me – both at the shooting range and during trips to the forest or mountains. Well-made from sturdy material, the zips work without any problems. I definitely recommend it.

Thoughtful design with a functional interior and durable materials. Provides quick access in emergency situations and enough space for basic medical supplies. Excellent for use in the field and for everyday carrying, in a compact form without losing organisational convenience.

It looks attractive and is well made, but the zip is very hard to move – maybe because it needs to be waterproof, but quick access is crucial in a first aid kit. Also, its capacity is too small; I couldn't fit even the most basic shooting range kit inside.

The first aid kit is solidly made, although the interior layout could have been better thought out. After minor modifications (removing the stitching in the elastic bands), it fits the necessary equipment. I managed to fit a haemostatic dressing, a 15cm Israeli bandage, 2 vented dressings, two small bandages, two nasopharyngeal airways, gauze, a decompression needle, 2 pairs of gloves and 3 small sterile compresses. On a belt, the kit is stable and access to it is trouble-free.

The IFAK is very sturdy, with an external part that is resistant to abrasion. The interior (first aid kit) is not fully well thought out – the elastic holders could be placed differently, and instead of two small compartments, one wider one would be better. This means you have to make a compromise with the equipment, but overall it looks good. I would consider buying a larger version.

Great first aid kit, made from good material, fits the belt very well. I think it could be a bit cheaper. I consider the purchase to be very successful, and I hope it will last a long time.

Small, handy and fits well. Very solidly made. There is enough space for basic equipment, but there may be problems fitting larger dressings.

In my opinion, the first aid kit is ideal and the best on the market, even compared to products from top brands specialising in tactical equipment.

The kit works well for smaller dressings, but if you want to add larger ones, such as an Israeli bandage, it gets tight. The quality of workmanship is faultless. For now, I'll use it, but I don't rule out choosing something bigger in the future.

The first aid kit is carefully made and, despite its small size, will hold the most important dressings. The Velcro holds firmly, which makes detaching the kit quite difficult.

Small and handy. With proper arrangement, you can fit the most important things.

The IFAK is made from high-quality materials, with careful stitching and no issues. Despite its small size, it is quite spacious and sufficient for basic dressing supplies.
