A horizontal container designed for storing and transporting a personal medical kit, IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit). It is made of waterproofed 500D Cordura, resistant to abrasions and tears. The closure is a bi-directional waterproof YKK AquaGuard zipper.
Inside, there is a removable MIL-SPEC organizer, ensuring quick and convenient access to the contents. Elastic straps allow for proper arrangement of elements. The pouch is compatible with the MOLLE/PALS mounting system, allowing it to be attached to a tactical belt, vest, backpack, or other gear.
The Velcro panel (velcro) allows for placing any emblems, such as a flag, coat of arms, or so-called Morale Patches. The medical cross pattern on the panel has a sliding element that allows the color to change to red or black.

MultiCam camouflage
MultiCam is a contemporary camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) under the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a universal camouflage pattern effective in various terrains and changing conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating smooth transitions between greens, browns, and beiges. This allows it to dynamically adapt to the environment, taking on green hues in forests or browns and beiges in deserts—in Central and Eastern Europe, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained global recognition and is used by many military forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the pattern for soldiers in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). It is also available for civilians, making it a popular choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.
MILITARY is the official distributor of M-Tac.
M-Tac is a Ukrainian brand founded in Kyiv in 2005, which started by producing airsoft accessories. Responding to dynamic changes in the country, the company quickly expanded its product line to include tactical clothing and equipment. M-Tac products are designed for use in the most demanding conditions - they have been tested in the Arctic, on battlefields and during extreme survival expeditions, among others. The production process uses high-end materials from reputable suppliers, such as Polartec®, MultiCam Pattern® and Cordura®. The brand is highly respected among Ukrainian uniformed services and outdoor enthusiasts around the world.
I definitely recommend this medical pouch – while there are cheaper options, this one works great, is small and very handy, ideal for a shooter to carry on the waist around the lower back. I only had to make minor changes: I removed the Velcro from the back, which made it difficult to quickly pull the IFAK out from any side. With the original Velcro, it's much harder to take out the kit quickly – it's easier to tear your pants than to get it out, especially since the elastic bands holding the pouch are strong enough and you don't need extra Velcro fastening. I managed to fit inside a hemostatic, compressed gauze, nasopharyngeal airway, lubricant, Israeli bandage, occlusive dressing with valve, decompression needle, and marker. There would probably be room for some blister plasters as well, but I didn't add those anymore.

I'm wondering where all these good reviews about this first aid kit come from. The materials are okay, although the 500d Cordura doesn't impress me. Unfortunately, the way the elements are arranged inside the kit reduces its functionality. It's supposed to be compact, which is true, but because of poorly sewn rubber bands—of which there are several—you can only really use two, as the rest are too small to put anything in and just take up space that could be better used, for example for extra dressings. At this price, I found the old first aid kits from Miwo more practical, and they were also made in Poland.

Review for model:
The IFAK works very well, but after inserting an Israeli bandage, there is little space left for additional items. It is worth removing the small hook-and-loop fastener inside the sleeve, which prevents side removal—in my opinion, it's unnecessary because retention keeps the kit in place anyway, and removing it with the fastener attached is very difficult.

After properly arranging the contents, I managed to fit: a 4" Israeli bandage, two vented dressings, kaolin gauze, a small self-adhesive bandage, and a few small items. The MOLLE mounting system works very well, and removing the pouch is easy from both the left and right sides – the well-designed handles on both sides help a lot. Two straps inside allow for quick zipper opening. I recommend it!

Review for model:
It looks attractive and is well made, but the zipper is very hard to move – maybe because it has to be waterproof, but in a first aid kit, access should be immediate. Besides that, its capacity is too small; I couldn't fit even the most basic shooting range kit.

Review for model:
The first aid kit is solidly made, although the interior layout could be better thought out. After minor modifications (removing stitching from the elastic bands), it fits the necessary equipment. I managed to fit a hemostatic dressing, a 15cm Israeli bandage, 2 vented dressings, two small bandages, two nasopharyngeal tubes, gauze, a decompression needle, 2 pairs of gloves, and 3 small sterile compresses. The kit is stable on the belt, and access to it is trouble-free.

Review for model:
The IFAK is very solid, the outer part resistant to abrasion. The inside (the kit) is not fully thought out—the elastic holders could be arranged differently, and instead of two small compartments, one wider one would be better. This means you have to compromise with the equipment, but overall it looks good. I would consider buying a larger version.

For smaller dressings, the kit works well, but if you want to add larger ones, like an Israeli bandage, it gets cramped. The quality of workmanship is flawless. For now, I will use it, but I do not rule out that in the future I may choose something bigger.
