The IFAK works very well, but after inserting an Israeli bandage, there is little space left for additional items. It is worth removing the small hook-and-loop fastener inside the sleeve, which prevents side removal—in my opinion, it's unnecessary because retention keeps the kit in place anyway, and removing it with the fastener attached is very difficult.

After properly arranging the contents, I managed to fit: a 4" Israeli bandage, two vented dressings, kaolin gauze, a small self-adhesive bandage, and a few small items. The MOLLE mounting system works very well, and removing the pouch is easy from both the left and right sides – the well-designed handles on both sides help a lot. Two straps inside allow for quick zipper opening. I recommend it!

Very good, durable, and spacious first aid kit. I was able to fit everything I wanted to have with me – both at the shooting range and during trips to the forest or mountains. Well-made from durable material, the zippers work without any problems. I definitely recommend it.

Thoughtful design with a functional interior and durable materials. It provides quick access during emergency situations and the right amount of space for basic medical supplies. Perfect for field use and for everyday carry in a compact form without losing the convenience of organization.

It looks attractive and is well made, but the zipper is very hard to move – maybe because it has to be waterproof, but in a first aid kit, access should be immediate. Besides that, its capacity is too small; I couldn't fit even the most basic shooting range kit.

The first aid kit is solidly made, although the interior layout could be better thought out. After minor modifications (removing stitching from the elastic bands), it fits the necessary equipment. I managed to fit a hemostatic dressing, a 15cm Israeli bandage, 2 vented dressings, two small bandages, two nasopharyngeal tubes, gauze, a decompression needle, 2 pairs of gloves, and 3 small sterile compresses. The kit is stable on the belt, and access to it is trouble-free.

The IFAK is very solid, the outer part resistant to abrasion. The inside (the kit) is not fully thought out—the elastic holders could be arranged differently, and instead of two small compartments, one wider one would be better. This means you have to compromise with the equipment, but overall it looks good. I would consider buying a larger version.

Great first aid kit, made of good material, fits very well on the belt. I think it could cost a little less. I consider the purchase to be very successful, and I hope it will last a long time.

For smaller dressings, the kit works well, but if you want to add larger ones, like an Israeli bandage, it gets cramped. The quality of workmanship is flawless. For now, I will use it, but I do not rule out that in the future I may choose something bigger.
