I am 170 cm tall and the braces fit perfectly, there's even a bit of slack. They are light, comfortable and sturdy, and wear excellently under a vest, with nothing pressing uncomfortably. The Velcro holds securely even with frequent use.

The braces seem suited for shorter people xD, I'm 180 cm and slim, and even at the maximum size they only fit if I wear a thin layer of clothes, like a combat shirt.

The braces are very solidly made, but I have doubts about who they are intended for. The straps are so short that people taller than 170 cm probably won't be able to put them on over outerwear. I am 174 cm tall myself and can only wear them under clothing because they barely fit.
