The M-Tac Ecopybook Tactical GTA NATO ruler is truly a practical tool that significantly facilitates working with a map. Accurate scales and the central hole allow for quick and precise determination of azimuths by threading a string through. In the field, instant direction finding improves orientation and planning. The ruler is sturdy, lightweight, and convenient – it works great on any expedition. It greatly increases working comfort. I read about a minor inaccuracy with one scale – I checked personally and did not notice any problem.

This is one of the most practical tools for working with a map. Flexible plastic means the protractor won't break. It’s worth threading a thin, flexible string through the centre hole to determine azimuths more easily; it's a pity it’s not included in the set, but this doesn’t affect my rating.

The ruler makes using the map much easier, especially when navigating by azimuth. Thanks to the flexible material, you don’t have to worry about it breaking during transport. I definitely recommend it to every scout.

Not everyone knows the use of this ruler, as not everyone needs knowledge of cartography and navigation. However, with its help, you can easily determine coordinates on different maps. It has both types of azimuth scales, which is convenient. The scale sometimes overlaps with difficulty. I am satisfied.

The workmanship is very aesthetic, unfortunately the 1:25000 scale has a deviation of about a millimetre per kilometre, which can cause errors when reading MGRS coordinates. The other scales, degrees and mils are calibrated correctly.
