M-Tac CLS Elite Medic Bag - Black

A tactical hip bag with a main compartment, designed in accordance with the MARCH tactical rescue protocol. Its ergonomic design allows you to carry medical equipment necessary in emergency situations. It will be perfect for both tactical operations and everyday medical services.

The bag is made of durable 500D Cordura, which is highly resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage. The material is also resistant to moisture, which ensures the protection of medical equipment in changing weather conditions. In addition, it combines lightness and durability, making the bag reliable during intensive use.

The bag is equipped with a main pocket with an organizer, designed in accordance with the MARCH algorithm, which is recommended for use in the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) concept, i.e. yellow or green zones.

The main compartment opens from the top with two-way zippers, allowing quick access to essential items. In accordance with theTactical Rescue Concept (TCCC) of the MARCH (massive hemorrhage, airway, respirations, circulation, head injury/hypothermia) protocol, medical equipment corresponding to the first level of assistance, or massive hemorrhage (M), can be placed on the sides and in the back of the main compartment. On the flap and front, the second and third levels - airway (A) and respiratory (R). Internal mesh pockets will hold equipment for the last levels of aid, namely cardiovascular (C) and head injury and/or hypothermia (H).

The front of the bag features a fastex buckle-secured flat pocket for emergency scissors. On the sides are 4 pouch pouches for tactical tourniquets, closed with Velcro flaps. An integrated pouch on the top flap will hold 5 pairs of medical gloves, and sewn-in elastic webbing on the inside allows you to cinch and stabilize smaller pieces of equipment. The front and rear pockets are designed to carry bracing rails. At the bottom of the bag is a strap designed to hold a single stretcher, and at the front is a strap for attaching a NAR fall arrest cord.

Fastening the bag are two-way zippers from the renowned YKK company, which are known for their reliability and smooth operation, even in harsh conditions. WJ-branded buckles provide a sturdy attachment and ease of use, which is crucial for quick access to the bag's contents.

The carrying system of the bag allows it to be carried both on the shoulder and on a belt. There are straps on the back of the bag - the upper strap is used for carrying the bag on the shoulder, while the lower strap allows the bag to be worn on a belt. Thanks to the belt with a fastex buckle, it is possible to adjust the length and position of the bag for comfort.
