This thing is amazing. The hybrid design works one hundred percent. The Primaloft insulation in the chest really blocks the wind and keeps you warm, while the fleece sleeves do not restrict movement. It breathes excellently, and the YKK hardware is reliable. It's lightweight, has a tactical cut, and fits perfectly under an outer layer. Highly recommended.
