Although the Ace of Spades has a rich military history — evolving from a good-luck symbol for a World War II unit into a "death card" used for psychological warfare in Vietnam — my interest in wearing this patch stems primarily from the fact that it is one of the icons of the band Motörhead. The design is not printed but embroidered onto a Cordura panel; it is rich in detail and well-made, with no loose threads.
