Freeze-drying is the process of dehydrating food products in a vacuum at very low temperatures (-50 deg. C). Thanks to the use of special production technology, freeze-dried food is a wholesome, high-calorie meal, complete in every respect, while meeting the high demands of various extreme sports such as climbing, mountaineering, sailing, and summer and winter hiking. It is used by polar explorers, travellers, competitive athletes, on various expeditions and in camps.

Risotto with porcini mushrooms is the perfect meal for fans of tasty, filling food. As with all LYOFOOD meals, it is extremely quick and easy to prepare.

    I definitely recommend the bigos from Lyofood. It has only advantages – it's lightweight, so it's easy to pack, it prepares instantly, and the taste is really very good. Of course, it's not the same as homemade bigos, but during a hike it works great.
