Ultralight and compact filter equipped with a membrane microfilter to filter up to 2,000 liters of water. Meets U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and NSF International/ANSI standards for drinking water and removal of bacteria and parasites.

Allows you to drink water directly from a river or lake. Protects against all types of bacteria (including E.coli and Salmonella), parasites (including Giardia and Cryptosporidium), microplastics, silt, sand and turbidity of more than 0.2 microns. The redesigned membrane microfilter reduces the risk of clogging, increasing the capacity and flow rate to 3 liters per minute.

The filter is equipped with a universal bottle thread (28 mm), filter inlet and outlet caps for leak-proof storage, and a syringe for backwashing.

The case is made of durable BPA-free and 50% recycled plastic. Thanks to its small size, the filter will easily fit into the compartment of a backpack or bag or trousers pocket. In addition, the cap on the side of the mouthpiece is attached to the filter with a special strap that prevents loss and also serves as a transport handle.

Main features:
- allows you to drink directly from rivers and lakes,

I have tested this filter several times and it has always worked without any problems. I maintain it regularly to ensure it functions properly and serves as long as possible.

Great for your backpack on a trip – you don't have to worry about running out of water. I also recommend buying a carbon filter, then you have a very practical set that takes up little space and can be useful in many situations.

During my camping trip, I tried the filter and it worked without any problems. The lightness of this product is very important to me. I recommend reading the instructions regarding filter maintenance, because with rare or sudden use it requires special attention.

LifeStraw Peak Solo is a small, lightweight filter that performs its function perfectly. If you buy the LifeStraw Add-On carbon filter, you'll also remove chemical impurities. Thanks to this, you get a great set both for expeditions and for home use in emergency situations – I recommend it.

LifeStraw Peak Solo is a great filter mainly due to its very small size. Apparently, a carbon filter add-on will be available soon, which will allow chemical contaminants to be removed. A great solution!

I always dreamed of having a water filter for trips out of town, but always lacked the time or motivation to buy one. I finally decided and chose the LifeStraw Solo – for me, it's the best option. The filter is very light (48g), only 13 cm tall and just over 3 cm in diameter, so it fits practically anywhere and will be indispensable when we run out of water during a trip. Incidents of poisoning like those of Polish tourists in the mountains after drinking stream water give you something to think about.

A brilliantly functioning device from a renowned (in my opinion the best) manufacturer of this type of accessory. It is lightweight and compact, you can screw it onto a bottle or use it like a straw. It is worth always having it in your gear.

I considered buying the Personal version, but the compact size of this filter made up my mind. Although it filters about half as much water as the larger model for the same price, 2000 litres is enough for a long time and many trips. I recommend choosing this smaller and more convenient variant.

Good price, although I haven't had a chance to use the product yet. The downside is the lack of a thin ending, which would allow you to connect the filter directly to a hydration bladder, even though it can be screwed onto a bottle. On the plus side, LifeStraw has included a syringe for backflushing.

A small and practical filter which, together with a Hydrapak, creates a very compact and functional set. It works well, the flow rate is satisfying, and a big plus is the convenient stoppers on both sides and a well-fitted syringe for cleaning – I recommend it!

The Peak Solo is a smaller version of the Peak Personal, which itself is an improvement on the first LifeStraw straws. I’ve been using these filters for eight years – first four regular ones, a year ago I bought a Personal for each family member, and when the Solo came out I immediately got this compact model for myself. I recommend both the product and the Militaria shop.

I tested it in the Amazon together with water purification tablets – I didn't have any stomach problems, so it works as it should. I chose the Solo version because of its small size and I don't regret it – it fits both in a pocket and a small compartment in a backpack, and is comfortable to use on a bottle. A bigger one would be less handy. Although it has a slightly lower capacity, 2000 litres will easily be enough for several trips.

After being installed on a PET bottle, it works flawlessly, effectively removing mechanical impurities from the water, such as soil or ash. However, the matter of microbiological filtration remains unassessed.
