Diamond sharpener with a gradation of 1000 designed for pre-polishing and giving a final polish to the blade. It will work well for sharpening knives made of hard and highly wear-resistant modern high-alloy steels, but also pocket knives, scissors and kitchen knives. It does not require the use of oil or water.
The sharpener consists of a sturdy polymer base and a removable steel diamond plate of extra fine gradation. Holes are provided in the base for tightening the sharpener to a countertop or table.
The set includes a stand to prevent the whetstone from slipping while working.
