The repeller is very effective, simple to use and handy. It's quiet, but effective, and the LED lights are helpful after dark. Ideal for securing a garden or private property.
Safety First Dogchaser Led II Ultrasonic Dog and Cat Repellent
A simple and lightweight device that emits ultrasonic waves at frequencies inaudible to humans but frightening to dogs, cats, and other quadrupeds. Equipped with a training mode that emits lower-intensity ultrasonic sounds to support training, and a built-in LED torch. Powered by a 9V battery (not included).
plastic and aluminium construction
The device is made of aluminium and plastic, making it extremely lightweight (weighs only 55 grams without battery) and easy to carry among everyday accessories. A dedicated hole for a lanyard or strap allows convenient neck carrying.
easy operation using buttons
The model is operated with three buttons on the front, which are tactile and intuitive:
- Left - activates the LED torch in momentary mode (lights while the button is pressed).
- Middle - activates the animal repelling function, emitting sounds between 20 and 25 kHz at about 135 dB and a strobe (pulsing bright light). Range: 12 m.
- Right - activates the training mode, generating sounds at similar frequencies but much lower intensity.
safety during use, warranty
The ultrasonic waves generated by the device are harmless to humans and inaudible to them. In repelling mode, their intensity is about 135 dB and can be heard by animals within a 12-metre distance. Some people may hear them faintly, but not as loudly as animals do. In training mode, the sounds are less intense and encourage playful learning.
Covered by a one-year warranty.

The product is very weak, it doesn't work on dogs at all. I bought two, but it was wasted money. Dogs keep passing by and don't care at all when I use the repeller. I tried it on different dogs but without effect. A waste of money.
-
The repeller fully met my expectations. Since I started using it, dogs and cats avoid my property by a wide margin. The device is quiet, intuitive to use and very effective. I recommend it to anyone who has a problem with unwanted animals in the garden.
-
Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations – the dogs did not react at all to the sounds that were supposed to scare them off. Maybe it depends on the individual behaviour of the animals, but in my case it was not effective.
-
A very cool and light gadget, small in size, it's worth having on a walk or while running. The sound is really unpleasant, I hope I won't have to use it in a dangerous situation.
-
I can confidently say that not a single dog reacted in any way to this device. I wasted my money, even though I've had the equipment for a long time and used it many times.
-
During walks it works on approaching dogs – they back off confused. I hope it will also scare off aggressive dogs in a similar way, though I'd rather not test that in practice.
-
I give a rating of 4/5 because you can see the repeller works on animals. My dogs react by lifting their ears and making funny faces, but maybe because it's me activating it, they don't run away. The irritation is clearly visible. Maybe a strange dog would run away. The cat hardly reacts at all.
-
It definitely works, as you can see animals stopping and looking around from a distance, and the closer they get, the faster they run away. I tested it on dogs and cats. Sometimes a dog still barks, but you can tell something is bothering it and it doesn't come too close.
-
My observation: after a while, cats get used to the device. At first they ran away in panic, but after some time they stopped reacting. Replacing the battery with a new one did not change its effectiveness. The repeller works much better on cats who haven't encountered such a device before.
-
I've noticed that not every dog reacts, it works particularly well on bigger dogs. I think it's worth carrying this repeller on walks, especially when going with children.
-
The repeller works on both dogs and the cat. Bought with country dogs in mind, and it really does its job. I also tested it on the house cat and it was effective too.
-
The repeller works, only some dogs with long ears don't run away immediately.
-
The product is effective on most dogs, especially those without big, floppy ears.
-
The device matches the description and is effective, I recommend it!
