The repeller is very effective, easy to use, and handy. It operates quietly but efficiently, and the LED lights are helpful after dark. Ideal for securing a garden or private property.
Safety First Dogchaser Led II Ultrasonic Dog and Cat Repellent
Simple and very lightweight device emitting inaudible to humans ultrasounds at a frequency that causes fear in dogs as well as cats and other quadrupeds. The model is also equipped with a training mode, emitting ultrasounds at a lower intensity, which can aid in training, as well as an LED flashlight embedded in the casing. Powered by a 9V battery (not included in the set).
plastic and aluminum construction
Thanks to the use of plastic and aluminum, the device is very light (weighing only 55 grams without batteries) and does not add any extra weight to your everyday items. An opening for a cord or strap makes it easy to carry around your neck.
easy operation using buttons
The device uses three buttons located flat on the front of the device - they are very distinctly tactile, and their operation is easy and very intuitive:
- Left - activates the LED flashlight in momentary mode (lights up as long as the button is held).
- Middle - activates animal repelling mode emitting sounds at a frequency of 20 to 25 kHz and an intensity of about 135 dB, along with strobe (flashing, bright light). Range of 12 m.
- Right - activates training mode emitting sounds at a similar frequency as the repelling mode but at significantly lower intensity.
safety during use, warranty
Ultrasounds emitted by the device are not harmful to humans and are not even heard by them. Those in the repelling mode have an intensity of about 135 dB and are audible to animals within a radius of up to 12 meters. Some of these sounds can be heard by people, but not as loudly as animals hear them. Sounds in the training mode are not heard by animals as annoying and encourage following commands and learning through play.
The product is covered by a 12-month warranty.

The product is very weak, it doesn't work on dogs at all. I bought two pieces, but that was wasted money. Dogs keep passing by and don't care when I use the repeller. I tried it on different dogs and there was no effect. I regret the money spent.
-
The repeller fully met my expectations. Since I started using it, dogs and cats avoid my area in a wide arc. The device is quiet, intuitive to use, and very effective. I recommend it to anyone who has a problem with unwanted animals in the garden.
-
Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations – the dogs did not react at all to the sounds that were supposed to scare them off. Maybe it depends on individual animal behavior, but in my case it wasn't effective.
-
Very nice and lightweight gadget, small in size, it's worth having while walking or running. The sound is really unpleasant, and I hope I won't have to use it in a threatening situation.
-
I can confidently state that not a single dog reacted to this device in any way. I wasted my money, even though I have had the device for a long time and used it many times.
-
While walking, it works on approaching dogs – they become confused and back away. I hope it will scare away aggressive dogs the same way, though I’d prefer not to test it in practice.
-
I give it a rating of 4/5 because it's clear the repeller works on animals. My dogs react by raising their ears and making strange faces, but maybe because I'm the one using it, they don't run away. There is a visible irritation. Maybe a strange dog would run off. The cat hardly reacts at all.
-
It definitely works, you can see that animals stop and look around from a distance, and the closer they get, the faster they run away. I tested it on dogs and cats. Sometimes a dog will still bark, but you can tell something is bothering it and it won't get too close.
-
My observation: cats get used to the device over time. At first they ran off in fear, but after a while, they stopped reacting. Replacing the battery with a new one did not improve effectiveness. The repeller works much better on cats that have never encountered this gadget before.
-
I noticed that not every dog reacts; it works especially well on larger dogs. I think it's worth carrying this repeller on walks, especially when walking with children.
-
The repeller works on both dogs and cats. Purchased with country dogs in mind, and it really serves its purpose. I also checked it on my house cat, and it was effective as well.
-
The repeller works, only some dogs with long ears do not run away immediately.
-
The product is effective for most dogs, especially those without large, floppy ears.
-
The device matches the description and is effective, I recommend it!
