Set of two packs of compression gauze designed to stop massive haemorrhages. The rolled form ensures compact dimensions: 8.5 x 5.5 x 1.5 cm, making it easy to store in personal first-aid kits. When unfolded, it is 375 cm long and 11.45 cm wide. Its compressibility allows the gauze to expand after removal from the packaging, increasing its volume and effectiveness in stopping bleeding.

Ideal as first or second layer of a dressing, as well as a part of TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) tactics on the battlefield, supporting rapid and effective bleeding control in wartime conditions.

    Although the official manufacturer is JoyCrown, the product actually comes from BoxMet. While it does not rival haemostatics, if you cannot have what you want, you use what is at hand – that is, ordinary gauze. At this price, it is a very good option.
