Great, small and convenient device for exercise. The wheel is easy to fold and store. The mat is the right size to support your knees during exercises. The wheel locks itself, making it easier to return to the starting position. My biggest downside is the way it is packed – the box is too small, so the mat is heavily bent, which may cause it to deform. I’m taking one star off for that.
