Slam Ball with a weight of 6 kg. Created for functional training of the whole body. Allows you to perform a very effective exercise involving throwing the ball from above the head against the ground. It was constructed in such a way that it does not bounce off the ground.
The Slam Ball by HMS has a coating of durable, waterproof PVC plastic and a sand filling. As a result, the ball can easily catch and repeatedly hit the ground with it. The texture of the material prevents the ball from slipping out of his hands.
