HMS kettlebell with adjustable load KR40

Dedicated to bothóprofessional and amateur kettlebell training with maximum weight 18 kg. The model is equipped with adjustable load, in the form of six removable plates, so it provides an effective workout without the need to stock up on a large number of weights of different weights.

A non-slip, ergonomic handle, allows you to exercise safely and comfortably. The surface of the handle has been protected with a special paint, applied by powder coating. The flat spód provides stable support.

Kettlebell is a weight that allows you to perform complex and effective generalódevelopmental exercises - one movement with the weight allows you to engage several parts of the muscles, which are often overlooked during classical strength training. Training with kettlebell not only increases muscle strength, but also exercises róbalance, flexibility, endurance and fitness.
