A lightweight and durable elbow joint stabilizer from the Polish brand HMS.
The stabilizer is made of strong and flexible materials that keep heat around the injured elbow, as well as wicking away moisture generated by intense exercise. The material is also stretchy in every direction and fits snugly. The special compression pellet used adequately stiffens the joint and has a stabilizing and soothing effect on the injury known as tennis elbow.
The puller is characterized by ease of use. Adjustment is provided by a Velcro tightening strap, which allows you to individually adjust the amount of pressure on the painful area. The brace does not limit the ability to move.Compression, which is induced by movements in the elbow joint, causes massage of soft tissues. The effect of this, is to increase blood circulation, thereby reducing pain and muscle tension.
The product, will prove useful for minor injuries, "tennis elbow", moderate inflammation, as well as prophylactically, as support and protection of the elbow joint, during physical activity.

In my opinion, the HMS LO1628 elbow brace was a good purchase – it brings fast pain relief. The only downside is the confusion regarding sizes, as Militaria.pl lists two variants S/M and L/XL, but the product is actually available in S, M, L, XL. I ordered L/XL but was sent XL.
