It works well for balance exercises, strengthening deep muscles and can be used in many ways presented on the packaging. It is not recommended to exercise in slippery socks, as your feet may slide. It's an interesting way to diversify a workout.

Great equipment! Initially I bought it planning to use it occasionally, I didn’t expect much, but after trying it I got really into it. All the leg muscles and joints work during use. You can do various exercises – squats, push-ups, bends, twists and others that activate muscles. Exercises on the platform don’t have to be limited to the standing position – only your imagination limits the possibilities. Even simple workouts become harder on this disc. I am very satisfied with the purchase, as it offers lots of possibilities. At the same time a warning: use a mat under the platform, as it can slip easily on smooth surfaces.
