Great equipment! Initially, I bought it for occasional use and didn’t expect much, but after trying it, I got really into it. When using it, all the leg muscles and joints work. You can do various exercises—squats, push-ups, bends, torso twists, and other muscle-activating workouts. Exercises on the platform aren’t limited to a standing position—the only limit is your imagination. Even simple workouts become more challenging on this disc. I’m very satisfied with the purchase because it offers many possibilities. Just a warning: use a mat under the platform, because it can easily slip out from under your feet on smooth surfaces.
