A small and lightweight first aid kit, yet surprisingly spacious. It easily fits a CAT tourniquet, an Israeli bandage, scissors, and basic medicines. The clearly visible reflective medical cross on the front makes it easy to find quickly in the dark or at the bottom of a backpack. This is another great and solid product from Helikon-Tex — I definitely recommend it.

Apart from the quality of workmanship and materials (typical for Helikon), the first aid kit fulfils its purpose. You can fit basic items in it—everything depends on the user's needs. A small suggestion regarding the place for rescue scissors: if they are longer, it may be difficult to close the red section because the Velcro is only about 2.5 cm, and with a full load and a protruding tip there may be difficulties closing the zip. The price seems a bit high, but given the product's durability, it is worth paying extra. Thanks to compatibility, it fits perfectly on the side of a Wisport Sparrow II 30l backpack. The tourniquet pocket is a bit narrow and in an emergency situation this could be a problem, but with minimal training you can manage.

I’ve been using it for over six months, and unfortunately during that time it has turned out to be needed several times. The solid construction and the materials used make it durable — this applies both to the outer pocket and to the first aid kit itself. In the middle section, what I value most is the large number of compartments and pockets, as well as the considerable capacity. Another big advantage is the ability to detach the first aid kit quickly and conveniently. The only thing to complain about is that the elastic bands inside are a bit too narrow, so larger bandages have to be forced in, stretching them quite a lot. I also have a few reservations about the outer pocket for the first aid kit. First of all, it could be larger or made of elastic material, because once the kit is filled, it is difficult to fasten. Additionally, the large reflective cross on the front means that if someone wants to use it for tactical applications, they have to cover it with something. Despite these remarks, overall I believe it is a product worth recommending.

Nice and sturdy first aid kit, has many pockets and an organiser inside. In my opinion, the pencott wildwood camouflage is the best option available on the market. The only downside is the rather wide mounting straps, which are difficult to attach stably to the molle system without additional bands, such as cable ties.

As usual with Helikon, the product is excellently made. Now all that remains is to choose the right equipment, pack it or attach it to the backpack, and I hope it will be needed as rarely as possible – which is what I wish for everyone.

I purchased this first aid kit with confidence and it really surprised me in a positive way – the Helikon Modular Individual Med Kit is a well-designed product. Above all, its construction is very durable – Cordura® 500D has been used, which makes me feel secure even in difficult field conditions or during outdoor activities. The compartment is the perfect size, so I can easily fit the most important first aid items, and the universal insert with velcro panel and elastic straps makes it easy to organise the contents – everything is at hand and I don’t have to worry about anything moving around during transport. Another advantage is the possibility to attach the kit vertically or horizontally to a belt, MOLLE/PALS platform, or even backpack straps. This means I can adapt it to my needs, whether I’m going to the mountains, to the shooting range, or on a long journey. To sum up, this is a first aid kit I can definitely recommend to anyone who needs a solid and well-thought-out solution for everyday carry, outdoor use, or emergency situations. It is fully worth its price and is perfect for any equipment set.

Nice, empty first aid kit bought on sale, so the price was attractive. It will be great for a trip to the mountains for two adults and a child. Everything essential for emergencies will fit inside.
-
I am very disappointed. The product is solidly made, but its practicality leaves much to be desired. The external case is so small that to close it, the first aid kit inside must be almost empty. Inside, there are lots of small pockets that will only fit a few plasters. There's also no way to fit an individual dressing or anything thicker than flat items. This is my first such poor purchase from Helikon.
-
An interesting set of first aid kits from Helikon, which I would describe as medium-sized. I liked the red one the most because it has a lot of pockets and a convenient way to organise first aid supplies, which is very practical. The solid side handles are also a plus. The material of the red kit is different from the olive one, but I usually carry it inside the backpack anyway, while the olive one works better on the outside. The only change was replacing the plastic hook with a metal one. The pockets help to plan the arrangement of the contents well.
-
Solidly made, characteristic for the Helikon brand. Large capacity, easy access to the contents, and a practical arrangement of bandages. Additionally, it can be attached to a belt, MOLLE/PALS system, or used with your own carrying strap.
-
The first aid kit is excellently made, durable material, and a well-designed interior. The modular construction allows quick access to the items inside – I use one at the shooting range, and I’ve put the other in my BOB.
-
Very well made. I was looking for something to carry a first aid kit or a hit marker on my belt. Overall, everything is fine, but the horizontal mounting is a bit loose and does not hold firmly to the belt. It works better when mounted vertically on a vest. I had to look for an alternative solution.
-
A solid first aid kit, just like most products from Helikon and Direct Action. I recommend it – it fits two dressings (one Olaes type and another one), and there is space at the bottom for a CAT tourniquet.
-
Great pouch for a first aid kit, perfectly sized. Sturdy material, looks resistant to damage. The zips work flawlessly and everything fits without any problems. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

A fantastic pouch for the first aid kit. It's the perfect size for me. The material is sturdy and looks tear-resistant. The zips work smoothly and everything I wanted to fit went in without any trouble. I definitely recommend it.
