Size-wise it is nice and small, compacts back into the pouch easily, but I am not sure how easy it would be to put back with one hand. The cloth works great, but I had expected a textile similar to the Helikon-Tex Field Towel or at least like your general spectacles cloth, but it's lighter than those. However, it does not feel like it's going to rip. The hook is a little small and fits fine over a D-ring, but since my plate carrier does not have one in an accessible place, I had to attach it with a cable tie.

The build quality and materials are excellent. It is surprisingly compact, with the pouch measuring just 4 × 4 cm, and its weight is virtually negligible. The microfiber cloth is noticeably softer than any other microfiber cloth I own, which clearly shows that it has been specifically designed for cleaning optics, just as the name suggests. I tested it on a pair of binoculars and a rifle scope, and it performed flawlessly, removing dirt without causing any scratches or damage to the lenses. I’m giving it 4 rather than 5 stars only because I find the price slightly on the high side. As for the product itself, I honestly can't find any flaws.
