If I had the option, I’d give it 6 stars. This map case is truly outstanding. I recommended it to several friends, and everyone was happy with it. It has pockets for a compass, a pencil, and other necessary small items. It folds easily and is very solidly made.

Camouflage Desert Night Camo
Desert Night Camo (DNC) is a specialized camouflage pattern developed by the US Army in the 1980s for night operations in desert areas. Designed to be layered over other uniforms, it was mainly used during Operation Desert Storm in the Persian Gulf. The pattern consists of a grid-like arrangement of dark green squares and crosses on an olive-green background. Its main purpose was to disrupt early generations of enemy night vision devices. While it proved moderately effective in practice at suppressing images in night vision devices, it was an innovative approach to night camouflage.

A very practical map case — it has plenty of pockets and organisers, takes up little space when folded, and the press-stud fastenings hold securely. Also a plus are the choice of colours and the attractive promotional price.

I hadn’t even thought about how handy and necessary this set is. A folding knife, a compass and a snack bar to go with it, and of course a map—easy to shove into a trouser pocket when you don’t need to be precious about the map. After the weekend, the map was like new. I recommend folding the map so that you don’t need to take it out, with the front side and the folded part at the back arranged so that it is also readable. This is cheaper than a map. So it’s definitely a good investment.

Compact map case in a small size; I chose this colour because it was on offer. It has plenty of practical pockets for accessories such as a compass or ruler, and the map is protected by a plastic cover and closed with a zip.

The Helikon-Tex map case is a very practical piece of kit for any trip—it holds everything needed for walks with a map, and the waterproof case effectively protects it from getting wet. An additional advantage is that it can be worn around the neck.

I can't rate this anything other than 5 stars. This is a very well-made and practically designed map case. The most essential accessories for fermentation fit in it without any problem. Additionally, it can be folded easily and hung conveniently.
-
This is a very practical solution for trips off marked trails or to places where the signal is poor. It easily fits a notebook, a compass and plenty of other useful accessories. When folded, it takes up little space in a rucksack, and all navigation is finally gathered in one place. Despite initial doubts, the map remains readable even in bright sunlight.

I bought this map case with tactical competitions in mind and it worked great. It can also hold a compass, pen, and other small items, plus you can hang it around your neck and fasten it neatly.

This is an absolutely essential piece of equipment for any trip outdoors. It protects your map from rain and dirt, and thanks to the transparent window, you can use it without having to take it out. It's made of sturdy material that doesn't become stiff even at low temperatures. It can be conveniently attached to your gear or worn around your neck. This is a professional solution that lets you avoid stress when the weather conditions suddenly worsen.

The map holder was created by someone who knows their stuff. It is solidly made from quality materials. When folded, it easily fits into a cargo pocket, and when unfolded, it comfortably holds a map of a large area at a scale of 1:50000. I recommend this product and the shop Military.
-
Great map case, it fits easily in a backpack even when unfolded. Very solid workmanship, as always with Helikon – the quality is always at a high level. I definitely recommend it.
-
A useful gadget. Apart from a map, you can use it to hold, for example, radio message templates or other important information. I haven't seen anything similar from other companies.
-
The map case is sturdy and a practical size. I use it together with an admin pouch. It worked well in the rain and drizzle. When folded, it fits in a pocket nicely. There's also space for a compass or torch. I recommend this product.

The map holder is made of solid material and has a waterproof pocket for the map, closed with a zip, which allows it to be used in various weather conditions. Additional compartments facilitate the storage of a compass, notebook, and pencil. Its compact size and light weight allow it to be carried even in a side pocket of trousers or a sweatshirt.

The map case is solidly made and well designed, definitely worth recommending. It will hold all the most important items needed for orientation in the field, but if it had a molle attachment system for a vest, it would get a full score from me.
