Helikon-Tex Greyman Tactical DuraCanvas Trousers - Black

Tactical pants from the Helikon-Tex Urban Line, made from a blend of polyester, cotton, and elastane. The fabric provides comfort, and the numerous pockets make these pants suitable for both urban use and hiking trips. The cut combines a neutral style with the practicality of cargo pants, making them a compromise between military and civilian clothing. This allows the wearer to easily blend into the surroundings.

The model features nine pockets:

  • two traditional hip pockets
  • a narrow pocket integrated into the right front pocket
  • two small open pockets on the front
  • four rear pockets

Low-profile pockets keep the appearance of the pants close to civilian clothing without compromising functionality.

Wide belt loops and elastic waistband

The pants are equipped with a wide hook-and-loop closure instead of a traditional button, allowing easy adjustment of the waist circumference. The fly is secured with a YKK zipper for reliable performance. Wide and durable belt loops fit belts up to 50 mm wide. An elastic band sewn into the back of the waistband ensures a better fit to the body.

They look like elegant everyday wear, and thanks to the large number of pockets they work perfectly both for going out to a restaurant and for various kinds of trips. The material withstands washing very well, and the colours do not fade and retain their intensity (at least in the coyote and taiga green versions that I own).

    Great value for money. For several years now, I've been wearing my third or fourth pair of these trousers in various shades. They are durable: the material is solid and the seams are strong. The side pockets on the thighs, which can hold a standard smartphone, are an unusual solution. Well thought out – when I'm sitting, the phone doesn't dig into my body and remains easily accessible because the pocket is on the front. The Velcro fastening is sturdy and allows you to adjust the waist by about 2 cm, and there's an elastic band at the back. Thanks to this, the trousers offer a wide range of adjustment without losing their shape. For a height of 180 cm and a waist circumference of 96 cm, size L Long fits perfectly, and previously with a waist of 90 cm, M Long was right for me. They have durable belt loops and a metal zip in the fly.

    Ash Grey — a very nice colour, suitable for the office, evening events, and anywhere around town. The previous pair I got in black faded a bit at the knees; I hope this colour will be more durable! Nevertheless, Helikon always means quality and durability — probably only this model had an issue with fading. I think you need to pay close attention to the washing instructions; I don't trust anyone to wash my Helikon))) I got size M, at 83 kg and 171 cm tall — they fit perfectly and sit well. I shortened the length a little, but otherwise they’re great.

    These trousers are exceptional matched with incredible customer service. To start, the fit and feel of the trousers are great, I typically wear an XL/38” waist and these fit fine with a bit of room on the waist line, the material is robust but not abrasive or uncomfortable, the only gripe I have is the seat of the trousers are quite shallow meaning I can’t pull them up as high as I’d like, this is very minor however considering the quality of the trousers and the adaptability of them. I am in and out of vehicles all day, in and out of properties all day and putting them through quite testing scenarios on a daily basis and they’re yet to show signs of wear, tear or weakness.

It follows the shape of the body well and doesn’t 'hang' like products from other manufacturers. The material is comfortable, the stitching is strong. For a height of 183 cm and a weight of 95 kg, size L fits perfectly.

    Received the trousers – everything as described. They look nice and seem to be well made. The size chosen according to the chart fits well, the only issue is that they turned out to be a bit too long – will have to shorten them (but that's not a big deal). Very fast delivery.
