I’m assessing this wallet against the one I currently use and three other models that I bought to choose the best one: Tatonka Folder RFID Block Travel Wallet, Wisport Lizard and Fjallraven Zip Wallet. Pros: It looks good, although it has a somewhat utilitarian appearance. Even when filled with cash, cards, the vehicle registration certificate and a ticket, it remains slimmer than the Tatonka. It is also convenient to use. It has two banknote compartments, including one hidden behind an additional flap — this is a very good solution. It has a pocket with a transparent window for a ticket with a QR code and similar documents. Cons: The zip does not run as smoothly as on the Fjallraven Zip Wallet and sometimes catches. Two of the three card slots are too deep, causing the cards to slide in too far — a stitch limiting their depth would be useful. It lacks one pocket slightly larger than a card slot, as well as extra space for the cards themselves. The stitching at the edges of the compartments makes it slightly harder to take the cards out — in this respect, the finish on the Tatonka and Fjallraven is better. My first impression was average, although the wallet benefits from its functionality, but only up to a point. If the card pockets on the left-hand side were arranged horizontally, it would be possible to fit one more in without reducing practicality.

I highly recommend this product. I believe it can serve as an EDC wallet. In addition to enough cash for a trip to southern Spain and a month's stay at a campsite, I also fit inside a Ka-Bar Dozier folding knife, as well as a Helikon EDC Mini Multicam Black wallet with the following contents: two survival cards (one in a leather case), a magnifying lens, an Elite Force folding knife, identity card, driving licence, three payment cards, as well as Jula and Biedronka cards. All this is possible thanks to the practical external zip.

The wallet has a coin pocket, which is rare these days and I really appreciate it. It's a durable, compact wallet that is extremely sturdy. Despite its small size, it fits a lot.

The wallet is convenient and holds a lot of things. The hidden pocket for banknotes works great and is easy to miss at first opening, which can mislead a thief. The zip has some minor flaws when fully closed, but I often carry the wallet unzipped in a jacket, trousers, or a bum bag and nothing has ever fallen out. The card slots are spacious enough that you can comfortably slide your fingers in and out, and as long as you don’t hold the wallet open upside down, everything stays in place. The material is solid, the wallet is practical, and I consider this a good purchase.

The wallet is nice, but a downside is the card and ID pockets being too loose, as has already been mentioned. You have to be careful not to lose your documents. Unfortunately, car documents do not fit – just a few millimetres more would be enough. I keep the registration certificate in the second banknote compartment. The zip has its advantages and disadvantages – it gives security, but is less convenient than velcro. It is also unclear how long it will last with intensive use. I ordered several wallets for comparison, and ultimately chose Helikon despite the higher price. It's worth ordering different models and choosing the best for yourself.

This is the first Helikon product that has disappointed me, and I am a big fan of this brand. The wallet is completely poorly thought out, it looks as if it was made in a rush without testing. The card slots are too wide, so cards can easily fall out, which can lead to losing your documents. On the other hand, the slots for the car registration certificate are too small – you have to keep it in the banknote pocket, which is also loose. You have to be very careful when opening it not to lose important items. Two positives are the ability to fasten the wallet with a zip and the coin pocket with a zipper. Mine will end up as a spare in the drawer. Overall, I do not recommend it, there are better-designed wallets available, even the cheaper Mil-tec is more convenient and safer. This time Helikon did not meet expectations.

The wallet is solidly made, has the right dimensions – not too large, not too small. It easily holds both coins and notes. The additional 'hidden' compartment for banknotes is a very nice idea. The only downside is that the card pockets are a bit too roomy, and sometimes cards fall out of them, but other than that, the quality is very good.

A big plus is the coin pocket, which is missing in an increasing number of wallets. The material and the zipper are very durable. The wallet should be long-lasting and serve for many years.
