G-Man 236 Folding Pruning Orange Folding Saw - 180 mm

Compact folding saw designed for efficient trimming of medium and thick branches and for work in fresh, green wood. It features a high-carbon steel blade (HCS) with a length of 180 mm, an aggressive tooth profile, and a secure lock in both the open and closed positions. Suitable for gardening, camping, and survival trips.

The blade is made of HCS high-carbon steel and features a tapered grind that reduces friction, prevents the blade from binding, and leaves a smooth surface after cutting. The precision-ground teeth with a density of 7 TPI (teeth per inch) are surface-hardened, ensuring fast, aggressive wood cutting and long-lasting sharpness of the working edge. An elongated opening in the blade allows for quick deployment.

The button-operated locking mechanism secures the blade both in the working position and when folded, reducing the risk of accidental opening during transport. The handle construction is based on a metal core, which increases the stability and rigidity of the whole tool during intensive work. The grip is made almost entirely from bio-based materials. The contoured handle with textured inserts ensures a secure grip with wet hands or while wearing gloves, and the opening at the end allows attachment of a chosen lanyard.
