I bought it for mountain trips and immediately tested it in tough conditions. It keeps you warm at temperatures around 5–10 degrees Celsius. It effectively protects against light wind, but stronger wind does get through (which is understandable, as it has no membrane). To my surprise, it copes well with light rain, and even during a downpour – although it soaked through, the inner layers stayed dry.

Very good softshell. I was positively surprised by the quality of the stitching, fabric, and fit. The outer layer is a pleasant-to-the-touch, elastic polyester lined with thin fleece. The absence of a membrane means it doesn't provide strong wind protection, but it excellently wicks away moisture and doesn't feel like wearing plastic foil. The only downside is the lack of wind protection under the zip. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this product – it is truly solid.
