Durable sleeping bag in Olive colour, built in mummy style, allows comfortable body positioning and free movement during sleep. It is made of high-quality 20D WR Nylon, has a resistant outer shell and is filled with down and duck feathers.
Temperatures and usage conditions
The usage temperatures of the Nordkapp sleeping bag are compliant with EN 23537:
- T-comfort: 4 deg. C - the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably all night,
- T-limit: -1 deg. C - the lowest temperature at which a man can sleep without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -16 deg. C - the lowest temperature for surviving in the sleeping bag. This is not recommended for typical use.
20D nylon with Water Repellent coating
Both the inner and outer sides are made of lightweight 20D nylon covered with a hydrophobic WR coating (Water Repellent). Material waterproofing reduces moisture penetration. Inside, there is a small pocket for handy items and loops for mounting an additional insulation insert.
Duck down filling, H-shaped construction
Thermal insulation and air circulation are provided by filling with Polish duck down in a 91/9 ratio. Down with 700 cuin loft is characterised by high compression, allowing the sleeping bag to be folded into small dimensions. H-shaped chamber construction eliminates the effect of shifting and clumping of the down. The footbox with drawstring form contains an additional layer of down to enhance thermal insulation, ensuring better foot warmth.
Right-side zip, Anti-Bite system
The sleeping bag has a two-way zip on the right side, allowing full opening from both top and bottom, facilitating quick entry and exit. A fluorescent puller allows unzipping even in the dark. Thanks to the Anti-Bite system, the material does not get caught in the zip. Inside, the zip is covered with a thermal strip.
Integrated hood for cold protection, DUO drawstring
The built-in 3D hood construction increases thermal protection by covering the head and preventing heat loss in low temperatures. Its shape also provides additional protection against wind and moisture. The Duo drawstring is a solution combining elastic and tape; the elastic around the neck allows extending the hand without adjustment, and the tape at the back enables quick loosening at the chosen point, handy for night-time activities.
Convenient transport and storage
The model is comfortable for transport and storage. When folded, the sleeping bag measures 24 x 17 cm and weighs only 710 g, which does not burden the luggage.
