Durable sleeping bag in Olive color, built in mummy style, allows comfortable body positioning and free movement during sleep. It is made of high-quality 20D WR Nylon, has a durable outer coating and filling made of duck down and feathers.
Temperatures and usage conditions
The usage temperatures for the Nordkapp sleeping bag comply with the EN 23537 standard:
- T-comfort: 4 deg. C - the lowest temperature at which a woman can comfortably sleep through the night,
- T-limit: -1 deg. C - the lowest temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -16 deg. C - the lowest temperature allowing survival in the sleeping bag. This is not a recommended value for typical use.
20D nylon with a Water Repellent coating
Both the inner and outer sides are made of lightweight 20D nylon covered with a hydrophobic WR coating (Water Repellent). The material's waterproofing reduces moisture penetration. Inside, there is a small pocket for handy items and loops for attaching an additional insulating liner.
Duck down filling, H-shaped construction
Thermal insulation and air flow are ensured by a filling of Polish duck down in a 91/9 ratio. The down with a loft of 700 cuin is characterized by high compression, allowing the sleeping bag to be folded into small dimensions. The H-shaped chamber construction eliminates the effect of down shifting and clumping. The footbox in the form of a drawstring contains an extra layer of down enhancing thermal insulation, providing better warming for the feet.
Zipper on the right side, Anti-Bite system
The sleeping bag has a two-way zipper on the right side, enabling full opening both from the top and the bottom, facilitating quick entry and exit. A fluorescent puller allows for unzipping even in the dark. Thanks to the Anti-Bite system, the material does not get caught in the zipper. The zipper is lined with a thermal strip inside.
Integrated hood protecting against cold, DUO drawstring
The built-in 3D hood construction increases thermal protection, wrapping the head and preventing heat loss in low temperatures. Its shape also provides additional protection against wind and moisture. The DUO drawstring combines rubber and tape; the rubber at the neck allows the hand to be extended without adjustment, and the tape at the back enables quick loosening in the desired place, useful during night activities.
Convenient transport and storage
The model is comfortable for transport and storage. When folded, the sleeping bag reaches dimensions of 24 x 17 cm and weighs only 710 g, which does not burden the luggage.
