I have this product and have been using it for ten years. I knew it wasn’t vapour-permeable and wouldn’t work as a bivy. I use it as a large, fully waterproof bag to protect my gear during camping trips, and in this function it works brilliantly. I recommend this product and the shop Militaria.pl.

A camping tarp for sleeping bags, made of durable and waterproof 100% polyester. The tarp is perfect for various types of trips to the forest, camping or as additional protection against the cold when sleeping outdoors in an emergency. It allows you to put your sleeping bag inside for additional protection against the cold, rain and strong wind. The Rip-Stop weave further increases the material's resistance to abrasion and tearing.
The tarp is equipped with a hood with a drawstring to protect the head from cold and wind. The tarp is closed with a zip, 120 cm long, which is covered on the outside with a strip protecting against rain. If necessary, the tarp can be attached to the ground with two cords located at the bottom.
A waterproof cover is included.

I've been using it for 6 years mainly as a mattress protector. Unfortunately, due to the condensation of steam inside, I wouldn't recommend it for down sleeping bags or quilts – the effect is similar to covering yourself with plastic film. Pluses are lightness, compactness and total waterproofness. Minuses: lack of breathability and intense condensation during sleep.
