Esbit

MILITARY is a premium dealer of Esbit.

Esbit is a German brand with more than 75 years of experience, whose history begins with Erich Schumm's invention of solid fuel in 1936. Lightweight, folding stoves and efficient fuel tablets quickly gained recognition among mountaineers and soldiers, including during the Second World War. The current range includes, among others, modern flasks, mugs and bottles, made of durable stainless steel and equipped with vacuum insulation technology. Solutions such as Vacuum flasks and Food Jug containers allow drinks and meals to retain their temperature for a long time, even in difficult conditions. Esbit products are BPA-free, easy to keep clean, and designed for intensive everyday use. The brand is one of the pioneers in the field of compact solutions - one of its breakthrough designs was a pocket cooking set, created for solo expeditions and maximum mobility.

The Esbit stove does what it’s supposed to do. This model’s windshield is practical! Small, handy, lightweight. The usual Esbit quality. If you’re not bothered by the smell of the fuel tablets, this is perfect. Heats up coffee or tea without problems. If you want to cook a meal, you’d use too many tablets. But if this is enough for you, this is just right.

I recommend this stove – in sub-zero temperatures and a light wind, I managed to boil half a litre of water in a mug without a lid using a single 27-gram fuel tablet. It smokes a bit at first, but that quickly passes.

This stove amazed me! It's aesthetically pleasing, compact and great for boiling water in a mug or heating up a meal. Very versatile – you can use solid fuel, twigs or alcohol in a small container.

The stove looks very good and effectively protects against gusts of wind. An additional advantage is the amount of included solid fuel.
