Eberlestock Phantom Backpack 42.6 l - MultiCam

A tactical backpack with a capacity of 42.6 litres designed to carry a large amount of gear and equipment. The design combines a classic backpack with a cover, which can be separated and used independently as a drag bag. The backpack is made of tear-resistant Rip-Stop fabric. It is equipped with a special cover for carrying long items, such as camera tripods or observation devices.

The backpack is designed as a front-loader, meaning access to the main compartment is from the front. This design greatly facilitates packing and removing necessary items without unloading the entire contents. The interior includes a practical shelf that can be unfolded, creating two sections in the main compartment. This makes interior organisation easier.

The external panels and interior of the backpack feature a MOLLE/PALS system, allowing for the attachment of additional pouches and accessories. The front utilises Laser Cut technology, reducing the weight of the backpack. This allows the user to individually customise the backpack for specific activities. Multiple attachment points and compression straps are useful for long expeditions and operations.

The backpack is equipped with a modernised carrying system with wide shoulder straps and an adjustable hip and chest belt. The contoured design improves stability and even weight distribution, reducing the strain on the back and shoulders during long movements. The shoulder straps and hip belt are lined with soft and breathable spacer mesh, increasing air circulation.

The backpack features an integrated rain cover stowed in the lower zipped pocket. It effectively protects the contents from rain and snow.

MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colours, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.
