The hanger is fine, on the back of the pocket you can place a small, soft ballistic insert. Downsides: the hanger needs to be mounted quite low, as the main zip is positioned high and at the back. As a result, opening the main pocket with a larger placard can be difficult.

Made of durable 500D Cordura, the pocket is designed to carry and organize additional gear, and is intended for use with Plate Carrier vests with a front panel. The pouch can also be attached to any platform with Velcro straps.
The pouch consists of one main compartment, a flat front pocket made of flexible nylon, and a rear pocket where you can insert, for example, a ballistic cartridge. All pockets are closed with a double zipper, which allows quick and easy access to all the contents.
In the lower part of the pocket there is a special modular system and two metal grommets that allow you to attach, for example, a tactical stasis just below the pocket itself. Such a solution provides instant access to equipment, for example, during medical first aid.
