Direct Action Spitfire Assault Panel - MultiCam

Panel designed for the Spitfire Plate Carrier vest and the Halifax backpack. The design allows the panel to be attached using the MOLLE/PALS system and zips. The Spitfire Assault model is made of durable 500D Cordura and 210D nylon.

The pocket layout has been adapted for CQB/CQC operations. At the top of the panel there are three velcro-closed pockets designed to carry various types of accoutrement, such as stun grenades or spare magazines. Below there is a pocket closed with a zip.

The inner side is lined with velour, which allows safe carrying of items prone to scratching. Along the full height of the pocket there is also a flat velcro-closed pocket.

MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior programme. Its purpose was to create a universal camouflage pattern effective in diverse terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colours that create gradient transitions between shades of green, brown, and beige. Thanks to this, it dynamically adapts to the background, taking on green shades in forested terrain or brown and beige shades in desert regions - in the environment of Central and Eastern Europe, it works particularly well in the autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained recognition worldwide and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the British Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). This pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.
