The rear panel is made of durable and damage-resistant Cordura and laminate, designed for mounting on tactical vests and selected backpacks.

Zips on the sides allow for quick attachment, and lower Velcro straps provide additional stability on the vest. Laser-cut holes are compatible with the MOLLE system, allowing for the attachment of additional pockets, pouches, or accoutrement.

The panel is compatible with Direct Action Bearcat Plate Carrier and Spitfire vests, as well as Halifax backpacks.

    It fits the Spitfire MkII; I installed it to attach something additional using the MOLLE system, because by default the vest only has MOLLE cut-outs at the top. Overall, it seems like it's not completely tailored in terms of dimensions and, even when properly secured, it sticks out. An extra piece of Velcro on the inside would be useful.

    This is not an essential element for the vest, but it covers the cummerbund mount and allows you to add additional equipment. As always with the Bearcat system, the panel is lightweight and durable.
