Fits the Spitfire MkII, I mounted it to be able to attach something extra on the MOLLE system, because the vest only has MOLLE cutouts on the top by default. Overall, it seems like it's not fully matched in size and even after securing it tightly, it still sticks out. An extra Velcro on the inside would be useful.

The rear panel is made of durable and damage-resistant Cordura and laminate, designed for mounting on tactical vests and selected backpacks.
Zippers on the sides allow for quick attachment, and lower Velcro straps provide additional stability on the vest. Laser-cut holes are compatible with the MOLLE system, allowing for the attachment of additional pockets, pouches, or accouterment.
The panel is compatible with Direct Action Bearcat Plate Carrier and Spitfire vests, as well as Halifax backpacks.

This is not a necessary element for the vest, but it covers the cummerbund mount and allows you to add additional equipment. As always with the Bearcat system, the panel is lightweight and solid.
