Direct Action Havoc Assault Medical Backpack - MultiCam
Medical backpack in MultiCam camouflage designed for combat medics, rescue teams, and users operating in demanding tactical environments. The design combines a modular equipment organisation system with the option of quick access to medical supplies and a flexible carry method.
The model can function as a standalone medical pouch or be integrated with a Plate Carrier vest. This setup allows the method of use to be adjusted to the nature of the mission, the required level of mobility, and the available space.
durable 500d cordura and 210d nylon
The body of the backpack is made from 500d Cordura laminate and 210d nylon. The combination of these materials made it possible to achieve a construction resistant to intensive use, while maintaining the system's overall low weight.
500d Cordura increases resistance to friction and wear in areas especially exposed to contact with equipment and the ground. 210d nylon supports weight reduction of the structural elements.
full opening capability - quick access to the contents
After fully opening the zips the backpack opens flat, providing wide access to all contents. Instead of searching through a deep compartment, the user gets an organised work surface where individual pieces of equipment remain visible and easy to reach.
This solution reduces the time needed to find specific medical supplies and improves use of the backpack under time pressure.
Transparent pouches compliant with MARCH
The central organisation element consists of 4 transparent pouches marked with letters and colours in accordance with the MARCH protocol. Transparent fronts make it possible to quickly identify the contents without opening every pouch, and the markings help maintain a consistent equipment layout.
The MARCH layout organises equipment according to the order of rescue actions. This allows the user to identify the required module faster, which is especially important when working under stress, in limited visibility, and in rapidly changing conditions.
Modular Curv panel system
The interior of the backpack is based on 3 removable organisation panels made of Curv material. The lightweight and rigid construction of the panels helps keep equipment in designated places and limits its movement during transport and dynamic movement.
The ability to remove the panels makes it easier to prepare the set outside the backpack. Each module can be restocked separately, checked, or adjusted to a specific type of operation, and then placed in the pouch. This solution allows configurations suited to the equipment of a combat medic, rescuer, or a team operating within the TCCC system.
Removable panels also make it easier to check supplies, periodically restock materials, and clean the interior. The rigid form supports handling of pouches and fastening elements, even when the backpack is fully unfolded.
convenient medical equipment organisation
In addition to the central pouches, the backpack has been supplemented with additional spaces for attaching and sorting equipment. Elastic pouches intended for gloves allow them to be stored in an easily accessible place before starting medical procedures.
The construction also includes space for infusion fluids and equipment intended to prevent hypothermia. This makes it possible to assemble in one pouch both basic trauma treatment materials and items needed during longer assistance to the casualty.
Additional organisation points and elastic retainers allow stabilisation of tubing, accessories, and equipment with non-standard shapes. This reduces the risk of tangling and movement of items during transport, running, or work in an unstable environment.
Laser cut system and velcro panel
The outer surfaces of the backpack are equipped with a laser-cut MOLLE/PALS system. Cuts made directly in the laminate create lightweight low-profile mounting points for compatible pouches, pockets, and accessories. Laser Cut System technology reduces the number of additional webbing strips sewn onto the body, which helps reduce the weight and thickness of the panels.
A velcro panel is placed on the upper part of the front panel. It allows attachment of identification markings, emblems, medical markers, and other patches equipped with velcro. Its location ensures good visibility of the marking, when the backpack remains closed and is carried on the back or mounted to a vest.
2 carry methods
The backpack is equipped with a classic shoulder strap system allowing back carry. Adjustable shoulder straps make it possible to fit the carry method to the user's build and the load. This type of solution works especially well when covering longer distances and during tasks that require independent transport of medical equipment.
The second option is quick attachment of the backpack directly to a Plate Carrier vest. This allows the medical pouch to be integrated with the primary protective equipment without the need to use shoulder straps. This configuration can be especially useful in confined spaces, while working in a vehicle, or in situations where protruding parts of the carry system could hinder movement.

MultiCam camouflage
MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior programme. Its purpose was to create a universal camouflage pattern effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colours that create gradient transitions between shades of green, brown, and beige. Thanks to this, it dynamically adapts to the background, taking on shades of green in woodland terrain or browns and beiges in desert areas - in the environment of Central and Eastern Europe it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam gained recognition worldwide and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). This pattern is also available to civilian users, which makes it a popular choice among military surplus and airsoft enthusiasts.

The velcro panel is an area with sewn-on Velcro tape that allows easy attachment of various additional items, such as patches or pockets.
Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
