It's an excellent option for those who want a small but practical first aid kit. It takes up little space and the contents are easily accessible. The materials seem solid. The only downside is that there's not much space inside, so reorganising things requires a bit of patience. Very well made.

Tactical first aid kit designed for carrying and storing an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK). Made from highly durable 500D Cordura and 210D nylon. Its compact size means it is compatible with modern tactical systems, allowing full freedom of movement during various operational activities.

The first aid kit is made from a combination of 210D nylon and 500D Cordura. The material is highly resistant to abrasion, mechanical damage, and intensive use in tough, outdoor conditions. The design effectively protects the contents from damage while remaining lightweight and comfortable.

The kit features a quick-pull system that allows rapid one-handed access to the contents. The internal pocket uses a velcro closure and elastic retention bands to keep medical equipment secure and well organised, preventing it from moving around in transit. Side elastic straps allow you to adjust the capacity and better tailor the kit to specific medical supplies. The lower compartment is designed for a tourniquet.
MOLLE mounting system
Compatible with the MOLLE/PALS mounting system, allowing the kit to be attached to a vest, backpack, or other accoutrement. Two paracord loops let you mount it on a belt up to 45 mm wide. The velcro panel with precisely laser-cut "MED" lettering supports quick identification of the kit and allows you to attach your choice of emblem, such as a flag, unit insignia or morale patches.

MultiCam Tropic camouflage

MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a system for attachment of tactical equipment, used for example in backpacks or tactical vests. It provides the possibility of flexible and modular placement of various accessories and pockets, which allows personalization and optimal adjustment of the item to the specific needs of the user. PALS system
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). Solid IFAK, I recommend getting a pouch for scissors (also from Direct Action), which can be attached to the back of the pull-out module, so you don't have to worry about the scissors falling out.

This kit didn’t last me very long. Received it on Wednesday, lost it in the field the following Friday. The pouch came out of its holder, which was attached to my belt at the back. Yet, removing it requires a bit of force. For the next kit, I’ll avoid the 'quick release' mode and go for a velcro-closure pouch instead.

The first aid kit is very small and solidly made. Its biggest advantage is the quick and hassle-free insert removal system, which is extremely important in rescue operations. However, putting everything back is more difficult – there is little space and you have to make an effort to fit everything in again and place it back in the sleeve without problems. It only fits basic medical items, but it is ideal for a minimalist vest kit.

Very good first aid kit – fits well on the belt and is very compact. Unfortunately, due to its small size, you can't fit too much inside. After putting in an Israeli bandage, a nasopharyngeal tube and a triangular bandage, there is practically no space left.

Direct Action does not disappoint once again – great first aid kit, small and handy, fits the most necessary items. Nice that there is a separate pocket for a tactical tourniquet. I feel it could fit better in the pouch – so far it hasn’t fallen out, but I haven't tested it in tougher conditions yet. Even now though, I think it deserves 5 stars for its build quality.
