These shoes are not the cheapest, so even when there are promotions, it's worth carefully considering your purchase. At the start, it's worth asking yourself whether you really need this type of footwear. My answer was yes. Since September 2024, I have been choosing Columbia products and this is my fourth pair from this brand. I was convinced by the solid quality, genuine waterproofing, good foot ventilation and the grip of the sole. An additional advantage is the precise sizing – size 45 corresponds to the actual length of your foot. The model described stabilises the ankle well, looks nice, is warm (best for temperatures above 6°C). After tests in rain and mud, they performed very well – I am curious to see how they will manage in the snow. The shoes are lightweight, absorb shock well when walking, and their appearance fits both urban and military styles. I hope they will be as durable as previous models I have used.

Trekking boots equipped with an advanced, multi-layer Omni-Tech membrane for waterproofing and adequate air circulation.
The elevated upper covering the ankle is composed of durable textile and nubuck. Sealed seams provide additional protection from wind and moisture. To increase thermal comfort, a lining with Omni-Heat Infinity technology with a 200 g/m2 grammage is used. The operation of this innovative technology is based on gold dots applied to the lining, which reflect the heat generated by the human body and help retain it inside the boots. The applied design with golden dots provides 40% more insulation compared to the classic Omni-Heat system.
The front of the boots has been further reinforced with a layer of TPU plastic to protect against mechanical damage. To ensure very good traction, a high-quality Adapt Trax outsole was used, which allows stable movement on any terrain. The shoe features an anatomically contoured Techlite midsole, which absorbs shocks and uneven terrain. A specially molded area in the midfoot area provides additional stability and increases comfort during prolonged wear.
A wide loop at the back of the upper makes it easy to remove and put on the shoes.
