Cold Steel Kitchen Classics Utility Knife
Universal kitchen knife, ideal for slicing vegetables, fruits, bread, and cold cuts. The serrated blade is made from German stainless steel 4116 Krupp. The black handle is crafted from durable Zy-Ex material.
Drop-Point blade profile, flat grind
The Drop-Point blade is 152 mm long and 1.5 mm thick. The serrated cutting edge retains sharpness for a long time and is easy to sharpen.
4116 Krupp steel, cryogenic hardening
The blade is made from high-quality German 4116 Krupp steel, subjected to cryogenic hardening, ensuring higher hardness (55–57 HRC) and impact resistance. The steel from ThyssenKrupp is characterized by excellent cutting properties, ease of maintenance, and high corrosion resistance.
Zy-Ex shaped handle
The ergonomically shaped handle is made of tough Zy-Ex material and covered with a slip-resistant Kray-Ex material, food-friendly.
