Astronomical telescope with an objective lens with a diameter of 125 mm and a focal length of 1250 mm. It will prove useful for both observations conducted at home and during field trips. It can be used for astronomical observations, observing nebulae and galaxies, as well as observing the Moon and planets of the solar system.
The NexStar 5 SLT is easy to use, which, combined with a quick-folding and adjustable tripod, allows the telescope to be up and running in just a few minutes.
The model uses a lightweight azimuthal mount, which is equipped with the NexStar Go-To control system. This makes it possible to automatically search for objects in the sky. Using the remote control, a catalog of 4,000 astral objects can be selected, including 600 galaxies, 300 star clusters and many double stars. In addition, the model is equipped with a RedDot type finder, which allows you to easily locate bright objects in the sky.
The telescope is equipped with a T2 thread, which allows DSLR cameras to be attached via a T-Ring. It is also possible to photograph with compact cameras using the Baader Microstage adapter.
