magnification 133.5x, 3x Barlow lens
The 70 mm diameter lens with a focal length of 400 mm provides a maximum magnification of 133.5x. Two Kellner eyepieces are included:
- K25 mm - provides a magnification of 16x
- K9 mm - offers a magnification of 44.5x
A 3x Barlow lens allows even higher magnifications while maintaining good image quality. The resolving power is 2' (Rayleigh) and 1.7’ (Dawes), while the limiting stellar magnitude is 16.7 mag.
Easy object tracking
Planetary and stargazing is made easier with the 8x21 mm optical finder, which makes it easy to quickly position the telescope on the object of interest. The image is not inverted, which also allows the equipment to be used for daytime landscape observation.
Stability and mobility
The unit has an aluminium table-top tripod with folding capability. The height adjustment range of 30 to 110 cm allows adaptation to different observation conditions. The whole unit fits into a transport bag with a zip, making it significantly easier to carry.
