Carinthia Softshell Special Forces Jacket - MultiCam

Tactical jacket with excellent thermal properties in MultiCam camouflage, made of durable polyester. The high-quality G-LOFT insulation effectively protects against the cold. A breathable back panel supports moisture wicking, ensuring comfort even during intense exertion.

The rear section of the jacket is made of uncoated PA fabric and stitched together with insulating G-LOFT Si fleece. In addition, the collar is lined with thermal fleece for extra thermal comfort.

The hood, adjustable with drawstrings and compatible with helmets, has been enhanced with an additional guard protecting the neck and chin. The waterproof zip allows for quick and convenient fastening and unfastening of the jacket.

Two spacious side pockets fastened with a waterproof zip offer an additional layer of insulation.

The pockets placed on both perforated sleeves, secured with a waterproof zip, allow convenient carrying of small pieces of equipment. On top of them there is a velcro panel (velcro), which allows an ID patch or emblem to be attached. The sleeves are finished with elastic cuffs, ensuring a better fit.

MultiCam is a modern camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior programme. Its goal was to create a universal camouflage pattern effective in diverse terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colours creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown, and beige. Thanks to this, it dynamically adapts to the background, taking on green shades in forested terrain or browns and beiges in desert areas - in the environment of Central and Eastern Europe it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained recognition worldwide and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the U.S. Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military surplus and airsoft enthusiasts.
