Buff Safety Windproof Beanie - Solid Black
A black beanie with a low-profile design, equipped with a windproof Gore-Tex membrane. Made of a lightweight and quick-drying material, it offers excellent thermal insulation and high wearing comfort all day long. Laser-cut holes have been placed around the ears to support ventilation and improve audibility.

The model is made of a fabric made of recycled polyester and PTFE. The material wicks moisture away effectively, is lightweight, quick-drying and easy to maintain. The Gore-Tex membrane with its microporous structure ensures wind and water resistance while allowing very good air circulation.
Protective standards
The product has been certified as a personal protective equipment in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and provides protection against wind in an environment characterised by a possible combination of windy conditions and humidity in a temperature range from -5 to +10 deg. C. It has also been tested for use in a cold environment, where a combination of low temperatures, wind and humidity between -5 and 10 deg. C occurs. Compliance has been confirmed based on the following test standards:

Gore-Tex is a thin membrane made of polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE), which features a microporous structure. Its structure makes it highly water- and wind-resistant, as well as breathable. The membrane's pores are 700 times larger than a molecule of water vapor, which allows it to efficiently wick moisture to the outside. Gore-Tex is widely used in the production of outdoor clothing and footwear.
