Buff Fall Line Cap Simu - Copper
Cap in brown designed for use in low-temperature conditions. The construction combines an outer layer of cotton with warm microfleece insulation, placed on the inner side of the ear flaps. The visor protects the eyes from sun and precipitation, while the fold-down side panels shield the ears and part of the face.
The adjustable rear strap allows the circumference to be fitted to the head, helping the cap stay stable during movement. The internal sweatband supports moisture wicking, while the multi-panel construction helps maintain the proper shape of the headwear.
Cotton outer layer
The outer layer, visor, and the underside of the visor are made from 100% cotton. The fabric remains soft and supports air circulation inside the cap. The dense weave helps maintain the shape of the individual panels and limits their deformation during putting on, taking off, and storage.
Microfleece insulation and Sherpa fabric
The inner side of the ear flaps is finished with a combination of microfleece and Sherpa fleece. The materials create a soft layer next to the skin and increase the volume of insulation in the areas most exposed to cooling.
Sherpa fleece traps a layer of warmed air within its structure. The insulation covers the ears, the sides of the head, and the areas near the neck.
Internal sweatband
Along the inner part of the circumference there is a sweatband made of 100% polyester. This element helps keep the cap in the correct position. The polyester band supports moisture transport and dries faster than the cotton layer. It also limits direct skin contact with the main structural seams.

The side elements of the cap have been extended so that when lowered they protect the ears and part of the face. The construction limits direct skin contact with cold air. The ear flaps can be lowered during wind and low temperatures or raised when greater ventilation is needed. This adjustment range makes it possible to adapt the level of protection to the prevailing conditions.

A rear adjustment strap with buckle is located at the back. It allows the cap circumference to be fitted to the head and stabilises it during movement. The front part of the cap is equipped with a short visor. This element limits the amount of light reaching the eyes and shields the upper part of the face from light precipitation.

Sherpa is a fabric made of thick synthetic yarns (acrylic, polyester) with a distinctive texture. One side is smooth, while the other has dense and soft fibers resembling wool. It is characterized by very good thermal insulation properties.
