Specialised cut-resistant jacket in Navy Blue designed as protective clothing intended for work in conditions with an increased risk of contact with sharp tools or edges – both in professional sectors and during selected outdoor activities. It is well suited to technical and service work, as well as anywhere there is a real danger of cutting through the material or the blade coming into contact with the skin.

The construction uses an advanced cut-resistant material combining high mechanical resistance with low weight and very good ventilation. The design was developed to provide maximum protection for key areas of the upper body, including the neck area. This model meets the requirements for category II personal protective equipment (PPE II).

The inner layer was made using an innovative fibre blend:

• Aramid (50%) – provides the main protection, delivering high mechanical strength and cut resistance
• Polyester (33%) – stabilises the structure, increases durability in use, and improves resistance to stretching and deformation
• fibreglass (17%) – reinforces the entire construction, and its high hardness and resistance to blade contact genuinely make it more difficult to penetrate the material, creating an additional protective barrier

This combination ensures a material characterised by significant cut resistance, while maintaining low thickness and appropriate flexibility. The exterior uses lightweight, breathable cotton, which increases wearing comfort and allows effective ventilation.

Every part of the jacket is reinforced with a cut-resistant layer, ensuring continuous protection across the entire surface. The construction has been designed without localised weak points, so the protection extends to all areas exposed to contact with sharp tools or edges.

Particular emphasis during the design process was placed on protecting the most sensitive areas. The high stand-up collar is part of the protection system, surrounding the neck and throat area. The construction provides a close fit without causing pressure, so it does not restrict movement or reduce breathing comfort.

The jacket's durability provides cut protection in accordance with European standards relating to protective clothing. The materials used and technical solutions effectively protect against the impact of sharp tools and mechanical injuries:

• cut protection level 5 according to EN 388:2016 – maximum level of mechanical cut resistance (scale 0-5)
• cut protection level D based on EN ISO 13997:1999 – high cut resistance when a specified pressure force is applied with a sharp tool (scale A-F, where F is the highest)
• compliance with the requirements of EN 13688 and Regulation (EU) 2016/425 – meets the criteria for protective clothing, CE certified

The Hamburg model has been classified as category II personal protective equipment (PPE II), meaning it is intended to protect against medium-risk hazards. Products of this type are mandatorily subject to conformity assessment and testing carried out by an authorised notified body.

The entire jacket is fastened with a durable zip, allowing quick and convenient putting on and taking off. The model is designed in a relaxed fit that does not limit range of motion, which is important when performing dynamic work.
