The 5XL sweatshirt fits perfectly on a person who is 185 cm tall and weighs 150 kg. The craftsmanship is solid and the fabric is very pleasant to the touch. The pockets are functionally placed – everything is easily accessible. A phone fits in the chest pocket without any problem, and the sleeve pocket is ideal for tobacco, which will be a big plus for anglers. The side pockets are deep, nothing falls out of them. The hood is large and provides effective protection from wind and sun. I am very satisfied with the purchase. I am curious to see how the sweatshirt will look after washing – I am already ordering more in other colours.

I know the Brandit brand from various products, and I’ve noticed that the quality varies. Sometimes they make great military-inspired items, other times just regular denim. However, this sweatshirt is really well made – it’s reminiscent of the Hunter. It’s loose where it needs to be, and the sleeves fit well. It would be useful to have a thumb hole on the cuffs (the so-called ninja style), but you can add that yourself. Some people might find the hood, sewn together with a single seam giving it a slightly cartoonish look, a little bothersome, but that’s a minor detail. The biggest downside is the chest pocket on the right side – it would feel more natural on the left, as that’s where you automatically reach for documents. The tab on the zip on the left shoulder is also unnecessary and doesn’t give full security, but this detail can be fixed by yourself. As for the sweatshirt itself – its material, cut and stitching are exactly what I like.

According to the description, this sweatshirt should be suitable for year-round use. In my opinion, when the temperature exceeds 15 degrees, it already gets too warm – it was heating me up even at 12 degrees outside. Unfortunately, the biggest downside for me is the very large hood, which, when worn, slips over the eyes and does not fit snugly on the head – even after tying the string. Usually, hoods fit the face better and cover the cheeks. I kept it because its pockets are spacious and practical – in one I keep pepper spray, in the open ones I keep dog treats, and two are still free. I slightly regret that I wore the sweatshirt straight away for a walk with my dog – after seeing the hood I could have returned it. Oh well, it wasn't expensive, so the loss is small. Personally, I do not recommend it.
